Regarding Probation / Parole/ Home Detention

WE WORK WITH THE COURTS FOR THE GOOD OF OUR CLIENTS

Indy Sober has made drug and alcohol offenders a central focus of our program. Those who are requested by the court or by their probation / parole officer / case manager to enter a sober living program find a program that is experienced with being the liaison between them and their officers.

Likewise, the officers find us ready to assist them to monitor their clients. It is the policy of Indy Sober to make immediate contact with the client's officer when the man moves in. After that, we provide regular progress reports and urine drug screens for the officers. We test using a standard 12 panel urine test, and will communicate the results to the court officers.

Likewise, we are prepared to assist our clients with their court cases, giving the judges reasons that they should show leniency to our residents.
